1. Equipment Principle

Plate evaporator is a new high efficiency evaporator which is composed of a series of corrugated metal sheets stacked together to form a thin rectangular channel between the plates. Heat transfer is carried out through the plates to form a thin film evaporation. The evaporated solution vaporizes rapidly after being heated and boiling in the evaporator. The evaporation will drive the material rise and form the liquid film along the wall of heating exchange, so that the liquid is flowing through the heated surface in liquid film for evaporation and gasification very rapidly. The heating residence time is shortened by this way. Strengthen the evaporation effect with high heating transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity, short contact time, etc. features.

(2) Disadvantages:

l Glucose industries: starch glucose like maltose, glucose, maltodextrin, crystalline dextrose, fructose, F42, F55, crystalline fructose, etc. Xylose.

l Chemical industries: organic acids, including L-lactic acid, citric acid, VC, MSG and various amino acids, like lysine, L-phenylalanine, leucine, methionine, etc.

l Food industries: stevia, sorbitol, xylitol and other sweetners, antioxidant Iso VC sodium, etc.

l Pharmaceutical industries: antibiotics, etc.
