The most common used is falling film evaporator. The material flows into the heating tube evenly through the distributor at the top. Under the action of gravity, the material along the inner wall of the tube into a film to drop for evaporation. In order to form the film flow, it needs to design the liquid distribution device when feeding.

(1) Advantages:
① The tube is not easy to plug, which is suitable for high evaporation concentration.
