Rice Glucose Project Introduction

Rice slurry adjustment: The cleaned, broken rice is then delivered to the steeping tank and softened with water once the stone and iron have been removed. The softened rice goes into the milling area to be ground. The milled rice slurry is then adjusted in the adjusting tank to DS=28-32%, the proper PH value, and temperature.


Liquefaction: The rice slurry is produced through liquefaction. Sent to the liquefaction system is the modified rice slurry. To achieve a better liquefaction effect, a two-time ejection is required. The material is delivered to the flash tank for cooling after a more effective liquefaction, and after chilling, the syrup is sent on to the following stage for saccharification and additional processing.


Protein filtration, washing, and drying: The liquid syrup is filtered through a filter press to remove impurities like protein and fiber remnants. The process water cleanses the dregs to recover the syrup inside. The drying process is used to provide the crude protein product with a high protein content after filtration and dehydration.


Saccharification: To get the necessary DE value, saccharification is used. An enzyme helps the process to take place. The system continued to alter the time and enzymes for effective response. The syrup then attains the necessary DE value. The syrup is then moved on to the following stage for additional processing after chilling in the flask tank.


Decolorization/filtration: Before entering the decolorization filtration system, the syrup is saccharified. Decolorization requires activated carbon that is heated to the appropriate temperature. After the activated carbon has been decolored, the filter will remove it. The filtered glucose is given to the stage after that.


Continuous ion exchange: The glucose enters the continuous ion exchange system through the cation and anion resin to eliminate the mixed impurity ions in the glucose and obtain pure and high-quality glucose.


Evaporation: After passing through the safety filter and being supplied into the evaporator system, the rice glucose is concentrated to obtain the proper DS value for the product.
